- Provide senior-level IT support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Lead and mentor junior support analysts, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique IT needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Document and maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and client interactions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT support, with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Networking, IOS, Azure AD MFA
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certifications e.g. MCITP, MCP
- ITIL certifications – V3/4 Foundation or Practitioner

Job Description:
As a Senior IT Help Desk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of our clients' IT systems and ensuring they have a seamless and productive technology experience. You will be the go-to resource for resolving complex technical issues, providing guidance to junior support staff, and working closely with clients to deliver superior customer service.
This role is based in Sydney, NSW.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
