- Part of sales organization of ARKEMA-Germany, based in home office where access to the company network and for external contact is available (phone, fax, internet, mobile phone).
- Close cooperation with sales and market management based in HQ (Colombes).
- Close cooperation with R&D management and market oriented engineers for development & technical service based in Two R&D centers (Pierre-Benite, Serquigny).
- Accountable to realize annual Budget in volume and margin.
- Accountable for Business developments, develop new customers, new applications. Accountable for all reporting activity (Salesforce)
- Ability to build strong relationships with strategic Key accounts, as well as internally (Business, R&D, Manufacturing). Abilty and skill to manage few but large accounts requiring strong partnerships. Decision maker & tough negotiator. Ability for synthetic & thorough analysis to define workable solutions to satisfy our key accounts.
- Ability to value our service offer & product advantages at key accounts.
- Strong technical background (CPI, Chemical, Semicond, Industry..) with knowledge of polymer chemistry, good understanding of technical and polymer processing
- Good communication skills, ability to create contacts, dynamism - German and English mandatory- French as a plus.
