What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead key initiatives and projects from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless activation in the field
- Collaborate closely with account teams at major retailers to understand and support their unique strategies
- Equip the Field Sales Team with the tools, direction, and support needed to excel in the Home Improvement retail channel
- Act as a vital link between field operations and employer leadership, sharing insights and influencing decisions
- Partner with the trade marketing team to develop and deploy promotional programs that drive product placement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in business
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales or marketing experience, with a focus in the CPG industry
- Experience with Home Improvement Home Center accounts and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Experience in data analysis, organization, time management, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with third-party in-store merchandising strategies
