What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and administer employee absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other state and federal leave laws
- Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors regarding leave policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable leave laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate leave records and documentation
- Develop and implement leave policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leave management or related HR roles
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other state and federal leave laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and leave management software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in leave management or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
