      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Order and review loan due diligence documents while safeguarding the Bank’s interests from approval to funding
      - Coach and mentor Loan Closing Specialists I and II while providing updates on their progress
      - Lead closing kick-off calls and serve as the primary contact for borrowers and Bank personnel regarding loan inquiries
      - Assemble and maintain accurate loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
      - Collaborate with borrowers, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate timely loan closings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
      - Excellent communication skills and a professional, confidential disposition
      - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree in business or finance
      - 5-10 years of experience with SBA and/or USDA loans
      - 5-10 years of legal or lending experience
