      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate client relationships by meeting expectations and collaborating on effective strategies to achieve program goals
      - Drive revenue and maximize margin for the client relationship by partnering with internal support services
      - Serve as the central point of contact for client interactions, including issue escalation, customer complaints, and client reporting
      - Plan and facilitate client planning sessions and quarterly business reviews to ensure performance meets contractual obligations
      - Execute client initiatives and collaborate with project management to manage project launches and define timeframes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of practical client relationship management experience
      - 3+ years of practical payments experience in relevant functions such as Product/Marketing, Operations, or IT/System of Record
      - Track record of operational excellence with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of credit card product launch experience
      - Experience managing to and meeting performance requirements of a servicing agreement
      - Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
