What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and expansion
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and ensure team proficiency in technology
- Conduct performance management, coaching, and development for team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and influence product roadmaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years in Customer Success or related customer-facing roles in SaaS or technology companies, with at least 5+ years in managerial positions
- Strong technical and AI fluency, with experience in leveraging AI-driven tools and analytics
- Proven ability to analyze data and forecast revenue outcomes
- Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Customer Success or AI Application
- Experience with CRM and analytics platforms like Zendesk, Gainsight, or Salesforce
- Proven adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, sales, and marketing teams
- History of driving operational excellence and process improvement
