      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead client services and drive innovative strategies to grow client ROI
      - Develop and manage account plans for clients, identifying value-adding opportunities
      - Articulate client brand vision and objectives to internal teams to influence product strategy
      - Oversee client relationships while managing tight deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction
      - Collaborate with product organizations to influence future product roadmaps based on client needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences account management and strategy development
      - Proven experience managing $2M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
      - Strong understanding of the market landscape for assigned accounts and their competitors
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Ability to travel at least once a quarter per client or as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a digital marketing agency or consultancy
      - Proven experience as a strategic partner mapping customer strategies to product capabilities
      - Experience managing a team of Associates and/or Managers
      - Familiarity with business processes to ensure compliance and continual improvement
