      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and secure new strategic distribution and reseller partners aligned with the employer's offerings
      - Develop outreach strategies and pitch materials tailored to potential partners
      - Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements with new partners
      - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities across North America
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, marketing, and operations teams to enable deal execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4–8 years of experience in B2B business development, partner sales, or channel acquisition, preferably in the edtech or L&D industries
      - Proven success in closing strategic partnerships with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
      - Strong storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
      - Experience with education benefit platforms, workforce development initiatives, or corporate learning ecosystems is a plus
      - Self-starter with a hunter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
