What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a 3-year sales enablement strategy and execute it in alignment with leadership
- Lead a team to design and build sales enablement content hub
- Refine pitch decks, sales materials, proposal content, and interview presentation materials
- Improve pipeline integrity and drive adoption of key metrics
- Provide targeted training on sales tactics and utility programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Humanities, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in sales or business development with 3 years in sales enablement
- Familiarity with insight selling methodologies
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and experience with data visualization software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with sales and marketing technologies like DynamicsCRM, Marketo, Seismic, etc.
- Knowledge of ICF's utility programs and services
- Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization software
