Identify and evaluate key strategic trends, opportunities, and risks, with particular focus on growing the E4B business with existing and new partners
Support the annual planning process and operationalize the plan by working with internal and external partners by gaining their consensus and active support
Work directly with senior leadership across E4B and Expedia Group to drive decision-making and alignment
Independently identify and frame opportunities in a structured, data-driven way to clearly communicate options, risks, trade-offs
Act as a change agent for ongoing innovations and efficiencies
Collaborate cross functionally to inspire change in the business by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization
Examples of initiatives: Identifying and launching new products or business models, pricing and go-to-market strategy, sales and operational effectiveness, supply/demand investments, post-merger integrations of teams, etc
Demonstrable experience in strategy consulting (Team Lead with 4-6 years)
A visionary with the ability to execute on end-to-end deliverables
Can lead, run & mobilize multiple stakeholders (including top executives) and balance multiple demands in a multifaceted fast-paced environment
Ambitious, self-aware, and able to drive success while working autonomously
Excellent problem solver with ability to synthesize and present complex concepts to both executive leadership and operational teams
Bias to action - with an appetite for driving business impact/execution
International experience and/or experience online or in the travel industry preferred
MBA (desirable)

As a Senior Manager of Strategy and Transformation, you will define and drive strategic projects across the Expedia for Business (E4B) organization and play a crucial role in evolving our business. E4B is Expedia Group’s B2B arm, partnering with suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.), demand partners (OTAs, Travel agencies, Travel management providers) and media companies. We are a B2B powerhouse in the Travel industry, powering our partners distribution, media and software solutions.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $( 82,500 ) to $( 115,500 ). Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $( 132,000 ), which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future .
