      • Develop and drive key elements of the Supply Chain Strategy roadmap, focusing on end-to-end capability building across logistics, product development, sourcing, and inventory management.
      • Provide perspective on best-in-class retail supply chain practices

      Process Optimization and Operational Excellence

      • Design and implement operational frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics to track progress and impact of transformation programs.
      • Support development, documentation, and implementation of new process changes across supply chain and product creation functions.
      • Provide perspective on best-in-class retail supply chain practices

      Program Management and Change Management

      • Manage recurring cross-functional engagement to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and milestones.
      • Develop executive level status updates. Include initiative objectives, goals, kpis, progress, and risks. Anticipate risks and roadblocks; proactively develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum and business continuity.
      • Drive enterprise-wide change management, including rollout, training, and communication plans to embed new ways of working.

      Who You Are

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

      • 10+ years of experience in retail supply chain, apparel development, fashion technology, retail operations, or management consulting, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

      • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to quickly distill complex topics into clear insights and recommendations.

      • Deep experience across the end-to-end process spectrum: process design, operational frameworks, capability building, and large-scale implementation.

      • Highly analytical with the ability to organize, interpret, and draw insights from large and complex data sets.

      • Skilled communicator with proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

      • Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

      • Demonstrated ability to operate at multiple altitudes—comfortable diving into details while maintaining a view of the bigger picture.
