      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and scale a team of Talent Acquisition Partners with a focus on coaching and development
      - Collaborate with leaders across various departments to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
      - Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-visibility and leadership roles within technical teams
      - Enhance hiring dashboards and reporting functionalities to improve recruitment visibility and processes
      - Drive special projects related to diversity, inclusion, and employer branding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of technical recruiting experience
      - 6+ years of people management experience
      - Strong technical fluency to effectively communicate with engineering and product leaders
      - Experience in recruiting for highly technical teams, including security and infrastructure
      - Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members to achieve their professional goals
