      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Serve as project manager for CMC, TechOps, Reg. CMC, and Quality teams to achieve strategic goals
      - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and drive teams towards efficient goal achievement
      - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
      - Facilitate governance meetings and lead functional sub-team meetings
      - Foster collaboration, effective communication, and strong relationships with stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - At least 8 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
      - At least 5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, CMC, process engineering, and/or analytical development
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field
      - Strong track record of successful project management and process improvement
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      - Proficiency in project management tools and software
      - Highly motivated and adaptable with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
      - Strong technology skills including PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, MS Teams, Smartsheet
      - Passion for meaningful work and commitment to solving complex problems in immunology
      - Experience working in a collaborative and innovative environment
