What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively sell Merchant Services solutions to business and commercial clients through referrals and prospecting
- Collaborate with operations team to address complex inquiries and service client accounts
- Conduct ongoing training for merchants and associates on product usage and fraud deterrent processes
- Maintain expertise in industry products, including credit card processing methods and competitor offerings
- Analyze merchant needs to provide tailored processing solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial or Merchant Sales, OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial or Merchant Sales
- Proven sales and service ability with a focus on client satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills to assess merchant statements and business needs
- Excellent communication skills for training and client interaction
- Ability to travel 25-30% as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of merchant sales experience
- Previous banking experience
