      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Engage Franchisees in growth strategy discussions to enhance profitability and store utilization
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Franchise C-suite and operational leads
      - Conduct Business Reviews with key Franchise decision-makers to assess performance and strategize for future growth
      - Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution and operational improvements for Franchisees
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality experience for Franchisees using DoorDash Drive

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
      - Proven success in working within cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience in high growth or early-stage startup environments
      - Familiarity with marketplaces, operations, logistics, or unit economics
      - Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Excel)
      - Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
