What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist registered nurses and physicians in providing direct patient care
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient observations, and report changes to the nursing team
- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Mentor and guide junior nurse assistants and new staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong understanding of patient care standards and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
