What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and goals for healthcare professional engagement
- Develop and implement territory business plans to meet customer needs
- Manage administrative requirements, including budget management and CRM reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated customer support
- Identify and report on competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree required, ideally in business, marketing, healthcare, or life sciences
- 9+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with 3+ years in oncology/hematology or rare disease markets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel periodically for territory management and conferences
