      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and process improvements for partner engagement
      - Work cross-functionally to support operational programs aligned with the organizational strategy
      - Provide operational support for the Partner organization, including leadership updates on KPIs and reporting
      - Ensure data integrity in Salesforce related to Partner programs and processes
      - Drive accountability and measure results for impactful programs and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Partner operations, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise-focused organizations
      - Proven experience in implementing scalable programs and processes
      - Familiarity with building systems processes and automation for MSP/MSSP routes to market
      - Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Impartner; experience with Looker is a plus
      - Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
