      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social
      - Plan, build, monitor, and optimize campaigns, including targeting and budget management
      - Proactively report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
      - Collaborate with internal teams and communicate performance insights to clients
      - Stay updated on media trends and manage vendor communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of agency or in-house performance marketing experience
      - At least 3 years of experience in paid search and paid social ad consoles
      - 3+ years of budget management, reporting, and analytics experience
      - 3+ years of campaign planning and activation experience
      - 2+ years of experience with tagging platforms and tag implementation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in researching and recommending conversion rate optimization (CRO) or search engine optimization (SEO) opportunities
      - Familiarity with email acquisition and nurture strategies
