What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for trips, collaborating with partnered suppliers
- Understand trip needs and articulate options to suit individual requirements
- Strengthen and expand relationships with suppliers in the United States
- Manage contracts and negotiations while ensuring exceptional service
- Take initiative to expand departmental responsibilities and improve service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a private jet broker
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a private jet broker
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving attitude
- Adaptability and multitasking capabilities
- Experience in a collaborative and transparent work environment
