What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead programs for secure passenger screening, identity verification, and digital identity management in collaboration with airports, airlines, and federal agencies
- Serve as the subject matter expert on travel industry operations and support new business initiatives
- Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive program success
- Oversee program financials and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in program management within the travel and security sectors
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with airlines, airports, and federal agencies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and navigate stakeholder relationships
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or related professional certifications
- Experience with project management tools and software like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, and Jira
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging with federal agencies like USCIS, TSA, and CBP
