What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead programs implementing secure passenger screening, identity verification, and digital identity management in collaboration with airports, airlines, and Federal agencies
- Serve as the subject matter expert on travel industry operations and work closely with relevant stakeholders
- Oversee the lifecycle of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Track program financials and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in program management, particularly in the travel and security sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in airline and airport operations, and experience with federal agencies such as USCIS, TSA, and CBP
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive consensus
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or related professional certifications
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in engaging with executive leadership and partners
- Experience with industry-specific software such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, and Jira
