What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Algolia DocSearch, Logo, and Startup programs
- Collaborate with cross-company stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
- Define and build new programs that enhance developer adoption of Algolia products
- Establish and manage OKRs for programs from inception to operating at scale
- Identify opportunities to improve existing programs and assist partners in implementing APIs and product features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-6 years of experience working with developers and an interest in transitioning to a technical program manager role
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and building sustainable processes
- Good understanding of API implementation and its implications for software development lifecycle
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data sets to support project goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-growth environment with an ARR range of $200M-$500M
- Familiarity with the challenges and changes associated with building internal infrastructure in a tech company
