What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute large complex projects from start to finish
- Manage implementation goals on time while leading external and internal stakeholder meetings
- Communicate effectively to motivate teams and translate requirements, timelines, risks, and escalations
- Identify and drive mitigation plans for external or internal risks to project completion
- Adjust project plans due to changes in scope and/or schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of Project Management or Customer Implementation experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very strong verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Wrike
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience with Confluence Wiki
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
