What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and guide the Federal design team to success while leading design development and review
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external project partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Manage project responsibilities focused on a diverse portfolio within the Federal market sector
- Independently resolve technical matters on projects while consulting with Technical Leadership on complex issues
- Lead a team of Architects and/or designers, aligning their activities with project goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Architecture or Engineering with 6 years of related experience or equivalent
- Must be a licensed Architect or Engineer
- U.S. citizenship required
- Willingness to travel for project needs
- Proven experience managing federal design projects and knowledge of federal design criteria
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Over 12 years of experience, including managing federal programs and projects
- Direct experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
- Additional credentials such as PMP, DBIA, or LEEP AP
- Experience in developing proposals and change orders for interdisciplinary teams
- Holds or previously held a Department of Defense security clearance
