Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical Projects

      Position Summary

Join our partner firm, Macgregor Associates Architects (MAA), an Invision Studio, as a Sr. Project Manager in the Datacenter- Mission Critical Program to lead the design and delivery of complex datacenter projects for one or more clients within our growing program. This role is ideal for an experienced architecture professional who excels in client-facing interactions, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings deep knowledge of datacenter design-from tenant improvements to ground-up construction for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between the client, internal design team, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction. You will guide project teams through the entire architectural process-from understanding client objectives to developing clear, concise construction documents and overseeing construction administration. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who brings strategic vision, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

You will work within a collaborative environment that values communication, adaptability, and high standards of design execution. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities while upholding MAA's commitment to quality will be central to your success in this role.

      The Perks!

At Macgregor Associates Architects, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement leave, fully paid maternity leave, and a 401(k) pension plan with employer matching contributions. Our coverage includes medical, life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees also have access to a cafeteria plan with pre-tax options for medical and dependent care expenses. In addition, MAA provides professional registration support, performance-based bonuses, and flexible work hours.
