- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for enterprise-level clients, ensuring alignment with complex hiring needs and long-term client goals.
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand technical requirements, hiring timelines, and cultural fit criteria.
- Own end-to-end recruitment cycles for enterprise roles, prioritizing quality and speed without compromising candidate experience.
- Track and report on enterprise-specific KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pass-through rates, client satisfaction).
- Design and optimize inbound talent pipelines (applicants, referrals, community-driven candidates) to reduce dependency on outbound sourcing.
- Lead initiatives to improve inbound conversion rates (e.g., A/B testing job descriptions, refining application workflows, leveraging employer branding).
- Analyze inbound metrics (e.g., application volume, source effectiveness) to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Drive accountability for enterprise and inbound KPIs across the team, ensuring alignment with broader recruitment goals.
- Share best practices with the broader recruiting team to elevate inbound and enterprise hiring capabilities.
- Partner with the Technical Interviewing Team to streamline candidate evaluation processes for enterprise roles.
- Enterprise: Client retention rate, enterprise role fill time, candidate/client satisfaction scores.
- Inbound: Inbound applicant conversion rate, application-to-interview ratio, source-of-hire effectiveness.
- 5+ years in technical recruitment, with 2+ years focused on enterprise-level hiring or inbound pipeline optimization.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills (e.g., pipeline forecasting, A/B testing, data-driven decision-making).
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters or leading recruitment initiatives.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Oversee On-Demand/Direct Hire priorities and broader team development.
- Drive high-level client relationships and long-term talent strategy.
Job Summary
As the Senior Recruiter - Enterprise Lead, you will act as the strategic right-hand to the Recruiting Manager, focusing on enterprise-level recruitment and inbound pipeline optimization. He will own critical client relationships, design scalable processes for high-volume technical hiring, and lead initiatives to maximize inbound talent flow.
