      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Full-cycle recruiting: Own sourcing, selecting, and closing for roles across multiple companies

      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
      - Passion for early-stage company building and understanding of business dynamics

      - Experience in mentoring new recruiters and driving hiring strategies
      - Proven track record of filling key roles and establishing effective recruiting systems
