What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Full-cycle recruiting: Own sourcing, selecting, and closing for roles across multiple companies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of startup recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both)
- Strong sourcing skills and comprehensive knowledge of the talent market
- High-agency, driven, and resourceful mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Passion for early-stage company building and understanding of business dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in mentoring new recruiters and driving hiring strategies
- Proven track record of filling key roles and establishing effective recruiting systems
