What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
- Design and implement leadership development frameworks to enhance managerial effectiveness
- Lead the execution of organizational programs, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Guide business units through change management processes to ensure successful transitions
- Develop integrated HR solutions that support diverse business units and align with corporate goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic HR planning and execution
- Proven experience in leadership development, change management, and HR program implementation
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in a multilingual business environment is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications in HR
- Resilience and adaptability in managing organizational change
