      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives

      - Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred
      - Familiarity with HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
      - Experience in a multilingual business environment is an advantage
      - Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications in HR
      - Resilience and adaptability in managing organizational change
