      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver the global Sales Enablement program, including sales strategies and training sessions
      - Conduct training and facilitate learning sessions for frontline sales representatives
      - Serve as the primary stakeholder for materials delivered to Sales and post-sales teams to enhance productivity and operational excellence
      - Tailor global sales narratives and determine training requirements for the Sales organization
      - Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to ensure high-quality outputs across the sales enablement process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Management, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy within a SaaS or B2B organization
      - Proven experience in developing and measuring the success of sales training programs
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to follow through to successful conclusions
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Sales, outside of Enablement
      - Innovative mindset with a desire to build programs that support new approaches to enablement
      - Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting and record management from lead creation through opportunity closure
