      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories for profitable business growth
      - Develop and execute business plans with Primary Brokers and General Agents to support growth initiatives
      - Manage the entire sales process with brokers and sales leads, consistently meeting or exceeding goals
      - Present to decision makers and conduct member education sessions as requested
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Sales Strategies for the small and mid-market segment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 9 years of related experience
      - Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
      - Related experience in Business Acumen, Customer Relations, leadership, or Health Insurance Industry
      - Experience with Group Insurance for small (5 to 50 FTEs) and mid-size (51 to 150 FTE) groups preferred
      - Driver's License required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Employee Benefits or Sales Representative roles in a related field
      - Familiarity with health insurance products and market trends
      - Strong mentoring skills to guide others in the sales process
      - Proven ability to conduct effective presentations and educational sessions
      - Background in developing Best Practices for sales training events
