      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
      - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs
      - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing media and advertising solutions
      - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the digital media industry
      - Proven track record of success selling within the Outdoor and Active Lifestyle industry
      - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
      - Strong experience working with Google Suite and crafting unique proposals/presentations
      - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and a keen ability to close deals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Outdoor Industry
      - Experience with Pipedrive (CRM)
      - Passion for Native Apps and digital media
