What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the regional sales team in developing and executing sales strategies for specified customer segments: distribution, residential, and commercial
- Coach and mentor the sales team on market knowledge, product knowledge, and selling skills through regular meetings and joint field travel
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage business operations and conduct regular pipeline reviews with Territory Sales Managers
- Recruit, interview, select, and onboard new Territory Sales Managers as necessary
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers to provide market insights and support business success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of related experience
- Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution and the independent manufacturer rep model
- Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% monthly

- Experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and its application in sales management
- Proven track record in sales growth and account management within the construction market
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
