- Plan accounts and develop a long-term sales pipeline.
- Sell complex products, solutions, and professional services.
- Work with and effectively manage the Stonebranch sales process.
- Identify potential prospects and accurately report pipeline development.
- Develop and present value propositions and business cases to customers.
- Write proposals, negotiate contracts, and support overall sales and marketing efforts.
- Increase Stonebranch’s visibility and product deployment with existing customers.
- Explain Stonebranch’s mission and the basic functionality of its products.
- Explain basics of IT automation, file transfer technology, and ITIL fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Management; MBA preferred.
- Experience selling enterprise-grade and SaaS software is a must.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations and/or Workload Automation is a plus.
- 10+ years of sales experience (quota carrying).
- Solution value selling skills, including TCO and ROI-based sales models.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.
- Experience managing Strategic / Global Accounts.
- Deep knowledge of the French market.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Accurate forecasting track record.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint and other basic office software.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system.
- Native-level fluency in English and French, both written and verbal (C-level or above).
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Arabic is highly preferred.
- Ability to reach agreements with multiple internal stakeholders including managers, systems engineers, Product Management, HR, and accounting.
- Experience in IT and file transfer, product demonstrations, and account management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Your Part in this Growth Story:
Stonebranch is searching for a Senior Sales Manager who’s interested in playing in the explosive IT automation market. As a Senior Sales Manager in Paris, you will actively seek new logos and will engage with global and enterprise customers to drive Stonebranch’s product adoption. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate an ability to interface with customers and prospects at all levels of management. This position includes a sales quota with performance-based incentives.
This strategic individual contributor position is based out of Paris, France and will report to the SEMEA Regional Sales Director. This will be a remote position, however, quarterly travel to our office in Frankfurt, Germany will be required.
