      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Conduct regular analysis of industry intelligence reports and communicate group sales results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 1 to 3 years of sales experience with strong selling skills
      - Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
      - Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel sales
      - Demonstrated ability to convert strategic vision into actionable plans
      - Familiarity with Delphi or similar sales management systems
