What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute an Aftermarket growth plan and sales strategy for the Southeast United States territory
- Direct the Sales Organization to implement the Preventive Maintenance plan and support customers with severe service assets
- Maintain customer-related activities in Salesforce to enhance team focus on customer satisfaction
- Exceed monthly and yearly sales targets while leading regional sales forecasting
- Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals, emphasizing personal development and a growth mindset
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering is preferred
- 10+ years of experience selling engineering solutions in the Power/Oil & Gas industries in the Southeast territory
- Familiarity with Miller Heiman sales methodology
- Experience with Sales ERP systems; Salesforce is a plus
- Proven management experience leading a sales team with a track record of delivering growth

- Strong background in developing and managing corporate client relationships
- Experience in identifying and developing channel partner relationships
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time for client engagements
