What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, and other relevant platforms
- Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights and improve ROI
- Remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute an integrated marketing approach
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs with proven success in achieving performance goals
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, and analytics platforms
- Passion for data analytics and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy
