What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Take ownership of channel performance, achieving targets and communicating variances to leadership
- Develop and execute PPC strategies to meet business goals, including keyword optimization and audience targeting
- Build and manage a testing roadmap for campaigns, ensuring successful experiments are scaled quickly
- Stay updated on search engine updates and PPC industry trends while delivering data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven 3+ years' experience in PPC/SEM, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience in Ecommerce affiliate marketing and managing large-scale PPC accounts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with website analysis using analytics platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Enthusiastic about search marketing with a desire to develop PPC and people management skills
- Experience using external competitive research tools such as SEMrush or Adthena
- Proven track record of strategic growth and optimizations in digital marketing
