      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the site acquisition process for wireless communication facilities, including preparing candidate information reports and negotiating leases
      - Draft and proof recordable transaction documents for review by the legal department
      - Review title reports and provide recommendations regarding leasing opportunities
      - Supervise external vendor partners to ensure timely transaction closures
      - Prepare and submit zoning and permitting applications, tracking their progress to ensure compliance with local regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
      - At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in site acquisition, permitting, and leasing processes
      - Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective engagement with property owners and partners
      - Proficient in preparing transaction documents and collaborating with legal teams
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel 20-40% of the time for site visits and meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with wireless communication facility installations and regulatory requirements in the telecommunications industry
      - Proficiency in managing collocation applications from initiation to Notice to Proceed (NTP)
      - Familiarity with Enhanced 911 addressing protocols and compliance
      - Knowledge of local zoning and permitting processes in various regions
      - Advanced project management skills, including the ability to supervise teams of internal and external vendors
