  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and UIs for partner access to performance data and operational workflows
  - Ship clear, well-tested code while participating in code reviews and improving reliability through metrics and alerting
  - Deliver end-to-end capabilities across the stack with a focus on security and availability
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to create reliable workflows and self-service tools that minimize manual processes
  - Own deployment and operational readiness in cloud environments, including CI/CD and incident mitigation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly in full-stack development and APIs
  - Proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, and Python
  - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in cloud-native environments
  - Familiarity with microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines
  - Good communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams

  - Experience in capital markets, financial services, or a related industry
  - Prior experience or demonstrated enthusiasm for working on internal tools
