What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee data collection, validation, reporting workflows, and ongoing quality assurance
- Collaborate with Program Teams to investigate data anomalies and ensure submission accuracy
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize mission data to generate insights that drive decision-making
- Develop dashboards and automated reports in Power BI using data housed in Microsoft Fabric
- Design and deliver data collection and quality training programs for the Program Team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience in uncovering business insights through data
- Experience providing technical training or support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in data analytics or project management
- Previous experience in consulting
- Track record of implementing quality control processes
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., CaseWorthy, Salesforce)
