What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support cross-departmental organizational development projects
- Develop and implement career pathways, mentoring programs, and organizational competencies
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, upskilling, and succession planning efforts
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend areas for performance and culture improvement
- Coach managers and employees on professional development and performance expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (master's preferred)
- At least 4 years of related experience in organizational development or a related area
- Experience with project planning, data analysis, and process improvement
- Familiarity with change management and quality improvement methodologies
- Eligibility for FBI Clearance, State Police Criminal Record Check, and Child Abuse History Clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-CP or Organizational Development Certification preferred
