      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and operationalize the partnership and sponsorship strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and mission outcomes
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership activations and community events, managing logistics and staffing
      - Track deliverables, outcomes, and performance metrics for all partnerships and activations
      - Build and nurture strong relationships with rights holders, community organizations, and brand ambassadors
      - Represent the employer with enthusiasm and authenticity at public events and collaborations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
      - Four years of experience in public relations, communications, writing/editing, or a related field; or two years of required experience with a preferred degree
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset
      - Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
      - Experience developing cross-platform content and engagement strategies
      - A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to teamwork
