What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to fill open positions with top industry talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews for internal and external candidates
- Generate candidate leads from passive candidate pools for future openings
- Set up interviews for managers and most-qualified candidates
- Analyze performance metrics to identify hiring trends and opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals strongly preferred
- Previous experience with iCims or similar applicant tracking system
- Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated sourcing skills for candidates in multiple geographic regions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and provide constructive feedback
- Proven track record of successfully implementing recruitment strategy initiatives
