      Key Responsibilities:
      • End-to-End Recruitment:
        • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of positions, including operations, sales, and software engineering roles.
        • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
        • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
        • Screen and evaluate candidate resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
        • Lead interview debrief sessions to facilitate data-driven decision-making in the selection process.
        • Support the offer process with selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
      • Recruitment Operations:
        • Support design, refinement, and optimization of the end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a best-in-class candidate and employee experience.
        • Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the candidate pipeline.
        • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and overall business goals.
        • Lead specialized recruitment programs to address unusual needs and spikes in hiring volume and/or develop proactive pipelines.
        • Contribute to enhancing our employer brand, ensuring that our organization is positioned attractively in the job market.
      • Onboarding:
        • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute effective onboarding programs that promote seamless integration and a positive start for new hires.
        • Coordinate pre-employment checks, background verifications, and other necessary processes to ensure compliance and readiness for new hires.
        • Act as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding journey, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
      • Candidate Relationship Management:
        • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to provide a personalized and supportive experience throughout the recruitment process.
        • Ensure clear communication and transparency with candidates, setting expectations and providing timely updates.


      Key Skills & Competencies:
      • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, best practices, and employment laws.
      • Ability to support designing and optimizing recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency and candidate experience.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
      • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
      • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
      • A passion for diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills.


      Qualifications and Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
      • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
      • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including operations, sales, and software engineering roles.
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Workday experience is preferred.

      Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

      This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
