What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to align campus recruitment strategies with workforce planning and early-career talent needs
- Develop and execute key sourcing strategies to attract talent; organize and attend campus recruiting activities
- Maintain organized records of campus hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and university partnerships using ATS and spreadsheets
- Track and analyze key campus recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies
- Serve as the primary liaison for career services and student associations, enhancing the employer's presence on campuses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years focused on campus or early career hiring, both in the US and internationally
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organization
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Demonstrated excellence in driving initiatives and outcomes in campus recruitment
- Experience building relationships with universities and student organizations
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a strong asset
- Results-focused and detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition concepts
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS systems
