What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of recruiting experience in both agency and corporate settings
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships quickly
- Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a distributed workforce
- Ability to integrate automated solutions and use technology to improve processes
- Bachelor's in Human Resource, Business, or related field desirable
