  Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.?   Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top sales talent
  • Screen and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the position
  • Manage the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Negotiate job offers and close candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
  
  
  Required Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales recruitment
  • Proven track record of hiring top sales talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Required certifications (CPP, SHRM-CP, PhD, CPA, etc.)\
  
  Physical Requirements:
  
  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously

  This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in the US is $76,206 - $105,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here . This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
