What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute a North America recruitment pipeline strategy for sales and business development roles
- Own the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market trends and compensation
- Develop long-term pools of active and passive sales talent through advanced sourcing methods
- Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT consulting or high-growth technology-driven businesses
- Proven track record in recruiting sales and business development roles in competitive environments
- Demonstrated experience in building strategic talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience hiring across the US and Mexico
- Spanish language skills are a plus
